Save Our Swifts. Lynda Huxley In-Person
Join us for this Online Library Talk to hear Lynda Huxley speak about the Save Our Swifts project running on the Mayo Campus.
The Swift is a bird of conservation concern in Ireland due to the loss of breeding sites.
The Green Campus Team and ATU Mayo have erected 18 nest boxes, along with livestream cameras. The aim of this project is to provide nest sites for Swifts to help grow the local population and to raise awareness about this amazing bird.
